Enjoy a true taste of Greece with this blend brewed from a slowly roasted bean! Bravo Coffee offers the ethnic coffee enthusiast a richly satisfying cup of flavor. Not to be confused with espresso, Greek coffee should be consumed slowly, enjoying its full flavor. This coffee can only by made in a “briki” and not in a coffee maker.

Directions for making coffee:

1. For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot.

2. When the water is warm, add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.

3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

4. Let the coffee rise and foam, then remove from heat and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup. Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
