These individually wrapped croissants with custard cream filling are oven baked and naturally leavened, with no hydrogenated fats. Given a light toasting in the oven they are ready for a real Italian breakfast or coffee break! Flaky and buttery as croissants should be, with a generous dollop of custard inside.
Ingredients: wheat flour, custard cream filling 30% (glucose syrup, sugar, water vegetable fat (palm), skimmed milk powder, egg yolk, gelling agents: pectin, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavoring, preservative: potassium sorbate, lemon juice, salt), vegetable margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (palm and rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavoring), natural yeast (wheat), sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, butter, salt, flavoring, preservative: calcium propionate. May contain traces of nuts and soya.
