Gyros Greek Style Seasoning (Edora) – 2.85 oz.
Make your own gyros using the following method. Cut up strips of lamb, lamb and beef, beef or chicken to prepare a very tasty convenience food in the pan. Mix a marinade consisting of salad oil, dry red wine, sliced onions, peppers and Edora Gyros seasoning, and marinate the meat in it for a few hours. Roast the meat pieces in a hot frying pan in olive oil turning them constantly. Reduce the temperature and add seasoning and salt to taste. Let it braise.
Ingredients: spices (onion, paprika, oregano, parsley, smoked paprika, pepper, garlic, thyme, dill weeds, rosemary, coriander, ginger, marjoram, anise, chive, lovage, savory, basil), sea salt (15%).
