The famous traditional appetizer of fresh anchovy from the Greek seas. They are ideally “baked” for a long time in sea salt, obtaining a special flavor and maintaining a rich texture. Served with olive oil and lemon accompany ideally raki and ouzo. They are also used in many delicious recipes, such as pasta, salads, pizzas.
