Description
The Paderno fish scaler has a double blade with serrated edges for scaling fish on one side and a sharp knife on the other. The position of the lower pointed, slanted knife secures the fish with the bottom part of the scaler, making the cut precise and fast. It is made of stainless steel with a composite handle.
Dishwasher safe.
