Description
This Paderno non-stick plain round cake pan has flared sides and is typically used to make genoise and sponge cake, although it is also suited to baking pizza. Its relatively shallow depth keeps contents compact and moist which allows quick heating and prevents overdrying. It also has rolled edges.

Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to maintain the appearance of the baking pieces over time.
