Description
Staub’s Gohan Rice Cocotte has a round bottom and textured lid that are similar in design to the traditional Japanese cast iron tool for cooking rice. It both circulates and distributes moisture for fluffy, airy and delicious results. The Chistera spikes on the lid distribute condensation. The Gohan is also great for simmering jams, soups and stews.
