With a 9.2 square-foot cooking surface, the Bistro 4355 can handle most medium production scenarios, and is great for an assortment of apps and entrees as well as pizzas. Featuring a 3-inch thick monolithic hearth and dome, cast from Wood Stone’s proprietary ceramic designed for high temperatures, the Bistro 4355 is built to last in the USA and arrives fully assembled and ETL listed.
