Spreadable Cheese Wedges (Zdenka) 140 g
Made from cow’s milk, Zdenka processed cheese wedges are prepared using a traditional recipe producing a cheese with a rich and creamy flavor. Besides being used as a spread, it is often used in cooking and as an ingredient in sauces and dishes. The company’s dairy plant changed its name to Zdenka, after the ex owner’s daughter. Photos of the young Zdenka, framed by a horseshoe and a four-leaf clover, became a symbol of prosperity and double happiness, as well as the company’s trademark.
Ingredients: min. 35% milk fat in dry matter, semi-hard cheese, water, whey powder, emulsifying salt (E450, E452, E339).
