Zlatibor uses a traditional recipe for curing and drying meat passed down from generation to generation.  Since 1971, they have been using a curing process that has been handed down through their family.

Made with top USDA grade pork and beef.

Traditionally made in Serbia, Kulen is considered a premium domestically-made product. This delicacy is produced from fresh, low-fat pork and beef meat, rather dense and brittle. It has a spicy flavor with a hint of smoke, with the hot red paprika bringing its aroma and color, and garlic for additional spice.

Ingredients: PORK, BEEF, SALT, SPICES, SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, SODIUM NITRITE, LACTIC ACID STARTER CULTURE, ASCORBIC ACID. STUFFED IN COLLAGEN CASING. HICKORY SMOKED.
